Meet the team
I’m James O’Sullivan, the founder and managing director of Contruct Group. My passion for construction and property development led me to build businesses that focus on delivering exceptional, high-end residential and commercial projects. Since launching, we’ve completed over 500 projects, each reflecting our commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
I’m Kel, the lead joiner and head of the Joinery Division at Construct Group. With a deep-rooted passion for craftsmanship and over a decade of hands-on experience, I take pride in delivering bespoke joinery that elevates every project we touch. From precision-built staircases to custom cabinetry and high-spec finishes, I lead a talented team focused on quality, detail, and exceeding client expectations.
I’m John, head of the Structural Division at Construct Group. With a strong background in structural engineering and site management, I oversee the foundations of every project—literally. My role is to ensure each build is safe, efficient, and delivered to the highest standard, whether we’re working on complex commercial frameworks or high-end residential extensions. I’m driven by getting the structure right, so everything else can fall perfectly into place.
